Make this decadent dessert with the Kuraidori Multi-Function Air Cooker!
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup white sugar
1 ½ tsp lemon juice
½ tsp grated lemon zest
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp white sugar
1 Tbsp butter, melted
- Preheat air cooker to 325˚F. Grease 12 mini muffin cups.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter with a fork until combined. Measure a rounded tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of each muffin cup, pressing down firmly.
- Place muffin cups on top of the lower or higher rack in the air cooker. Program at 325˚F for 5 minutes, then remove to cool. Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla until fluffy. Mix in the egg. Pour the cream cheese mixture into each muffin cup, fill until ¾ full.
- Program at 325˚F for 12-15 minutes. Garnish with your favourtie fruit compote.
